Hi! Nice to meet you

Welcome to the blog! My name is Pony Grey and this is my blog about Love Hotels in Nagoya.

I know what you are thinking right now: "Sweet spots in Nagoya is not a food blog? What is a Love Hotel? Pony Grey, what kind of name is that? - Well let me answer all your questions...

My husband and I, have been living here in Nagoya for the last couple of years. We have been together for a very long time and we have two amazing kids. Our children are in an age range that makes talking, connecting and generally being cozy with your partner quite challenging... not impossible. We both look forward to bed time where we can finally get the intimacy that is so well deserved BUT... I have the feeling that one of these evening we will find our 4 year old staring at us with sleepy eyes asking "what are you guys doing?"

The first time we went to a Love Hotel was for my birthday. We've heard plenty of things about them, good bad and naughty, so we decided to see for ourselves. WE HAD A BLAST!

We decided to have date nights at least once a week where we do all sorts of things, walking, cycling, go to the cinema and last but definitely not least, go to the Love Hotels.

Generally we read lots of reviews for pretty much anything we are interested in... the majority of the websites about Love Hotels are in Japanese and finding reviews even more of a challenge. Google Translator does a great job but sometimes things get lost and twisted in translation so I decided to start a blog where I am going to leave you an honest review about the hotels, the rooms and our overall experience.

Now to the names... Well after spending quite some time brainstorming with my husband and my best friend, she came up with this lovely name 'Nagoya Sweet Spots' and for me it was like a match made in Heaven. It's quite misdirecting I know, but think about it? Wouldn't you agree that a place where you can relax with a nice massage chair, Jacuzzi and the freedom to do whatever you want (and be whoever you want), is actually a very sweet spot?

And on the note of being whomever I want to be, here comes my blogger's name... strange, funny and cute just like me.
